Hiding The Problem.

What is Problem? Problem is a matter or situation regarded as unwelcome or harmful that needs to be dealt with and overcome. Everyone has their own problem and sometimes people just hide it from society. People usually like to fake positive emotions for some reasons. Which means it might lead to depression.

People think too much when they keep their own problems to themselves. There are many reasons for them to keep their problem, maybe they feel embarrassed with the problem, so choose to stay quiet about it or they feel people won't understand how he/she feel so they choose to keep it themselves. Many people think that it's fine to hide problem, but it's actually the opposite. When someone is used to keep problems for themselves they will think that they can face it alone. And as time goes by there will be many problems of life that someone needs to step over. Which means if they keep all problem to themselves, in one point of life while they can't accept all the problems it might lead to depression.

For example, on 18 December 2017, Kim Jong Hyun, a main vocalist from South Korean group Shinee, committed suicide. He was found unconscious in a hotel room by paramedics after sending a suicide note to his sister and was later pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. The suicide note contain words such as "I am broken inside." and "I hate myself." , which highlights his depression that he had spoken about many years.

It's good for people to take in advice and support to solve problem. some people will judge you easily when what you think or feel isn't the same as what they do. Everyone wants others to treat them well but forget to do the same. This is one of these reasons why people think it's not okay to share about problem. Everyone just want a good listener without any judgement.

However where once you pour out what you feel to other even though they judge you, that will still be better than you keeping it to yourself. Just say that you can't accept what they think about you because they don't feel what you feel. But one day when you feel so much better than yesterday you might realize the point of why they judge you.



We can choose to be happy, and it all depends on our perspective to see things. It's actually hard to deal with the problem and sometimes it's fine to find yourself crying. Crying doesn't determine you as weak person, it just shows your true feeling.

There are so many definition of happiness. For some people happiness is to have much money or to be with who they love or to have healthy body and else. Everyone needs a comfort feeling  and happiness in their life. But how to reach happiness? There are so many ways to reach happiness, but one of most important thing that people need to know is how to be thankful. Thankful  for what we have today, thankful that we still have a life to live and thankful for many things. It's the first step of happiness.

We need to deal with our problems so that we can solve it wisely. Problem has it's own benefit for us which means it's not always bad. It teaches us to be more mature after we face so many problems in life. We know how to share a better advice based on the problems that we've gone through before. And from that it will change the way we see things in life.

When we're happy everything that we see is also in a positive way. The advantages of being happy are more productive, earn more, have less depression and suicide , have stronger immune systems and else. These will make a good relationship for us and for everyone around us.

Home is a sweet home especially when we're sad. Sometimes we don't want to show our real emotion to people, but when we're at home the things that's stucked on our minds are slowly being poured out  by themselves. Sharing our emotion to our family is so much better than we keep it ourselves.

People feel sad easily because of lack of sleep. When we're tired we need extra energy to think clearly, but when we're stuck we would think that it's a problem. Having enough sleep is one of a way to solve our problem. When we think clearly we know which is the good one or the bad one. We can decide which is a good decision to solve our problem. We need to choose our friend which means we need to make space from toxic people. It’s not that the whole person is toxic. Rather, their behavior is toxic or your relationship with the person is toxic.

Turning to the scores for health problems, there was evidence that hiding negative emotions was linked to more healthy symptoms for extrovert, but not for introvert, presumably because concealing emotions in this way comes naturally for introvert but not for extrovert.

Unfortunately, like any cross-sectional research that only surveys people at one point in time, this study requires us to make assumptions about the casual direction between the factors that were measured. The researchers believe that hiding and faking emotions are probably affecting relationship satisfaction and health, but of course it's likely the influence is at least. Partly in the other direction-when a relationship is going well, censoring our emotional displays is probably not so necessary.

The conclusion is we can be happy if we choose to be happy. No matter what the problem is, if we choose to stay positive thinking so it won't be a serious problem that we need to hide. It's fine to share your problem with the one you feel comfortable around. Don't try to hide your serious problem by yourself because it might affect to your mental health problem. To have a good relationship with everyone is a goal that we need to reach in society. Because being happy can make your life much easier and more beautiful.
